Guarded Services commencing Sept 16, 2009

Dear Neighbours and Friends,

the 3 Greens Pro-tem Committee is happy to announce that we'll be starting off our USJ 3/1 Guarded Security Services with effect from September 16, 2009.

Your street representatives will be going around distributing car stickers. Each household who have made payment will be entitled to 2 ( two ) car stickers free of charge. Any additional car stickers can be purchased from your street representatives at the price of RM5.00 per piece. For security purposes, your street representatives will be writing your car numbers on the stickers. A list of vehicles registered will be maintained for your own safety. If you did not recieve the stickers by Sept 13, please contact your Street Representatives.

Your continued co-operation will be much very appreciated.

Thank you.

To Committee,

Bravo on the success of GnG project.
During the weekend, I went to visit a relative at Bandar Utama. They had GnG long ago since the town planning was conducive for it.
One thing I found worth for our committee to consider in the future is to have a cheque collection box like what they have at BU.

I took a picture of it just to help us to visualize the box that I am referring to. With this box, we can help the street rep to reduce their work load.

Great job done, guys. I cant wait for it to begin. So that we can sleep soundly at night, and we will hv less to worry when we go out to work.

Like Kok's suggestion, I think its a great idea. Street reps are doing this voluntarily and they should not be going door to door every month, or every 3 months. Its rather time consuming and tiring where everyone, i believe, have their own commitment to do.

Perhaps, I may suggest, street reps can leave the form in our post box, and we shall do the rest- ie fill in the form, attach a cheque and drop it back to the street rep's post box.
