I am a resident of 3/1b, I notice that there is no street rep for us. Who can I direct my question to?

Damien Yeap said...

We are indeed looking for a street rep for 3/1b but until such time, you could contact anyone of the other street reps or post your question here and we'll try to have it answered.

We have 2 friends from USJ 3/1B who have volunteered themselves to be street reps. Thanks to them !

I am staying 3/1b please do explain in details about

1) The drum barrier at 3/1 (will it be permanent or temporary and please indicate the time if it is not permanent)

2) Please do also explain why it is RM 60.00 per month when it was told RM 30.00 to RM 40.00

3) Please also provide the terms and conditions, the full payment for security company, how many houses are agreed to pay and also the whole sum before any procedures which will be conducted.

4) will the payment goes down if any new landlords willing to pay?

My opinion:
1) The proposed guard house and the boom gate should be at 3/1 which will be easier for most of the resident to head to their respective houses. Jalan 3/1 also have wide road and only I sided housings which help smooth flow of traffics.

I am writing this in behalf of everyone in usj3
Please also do e-mail my reply to illusions2die@yahoo.com

1) The drum barriers at 3/1 are temporary.

2) In both public announcement, ( Awareness Campaign & Padang Briefing ) it was announced that the monthly subscription fee was going to be RM60.00. There was never at anytime, mentioned that the fee being RM30.00 to RM40.00.

3) Until we have the majority consensus from our neighbors in regards to their agreement towards the provisional security plan, we cannot engage the services of any security company;

4) Yes; if the numbers are large enough

Thank you for your proposal; We will take it together with all other proposals recieved into consideration.

We welcome you and other residents of USJ3/1 to meet up with the pro-tem committee if you further require any clarification.

Please contact Andy Lam ( 019-3337088 ) / Self ( 0165475956 ) to set up a meeting

I noticed there are severals colour of "3 Green USJ Resident's Association" sticker. Kindly explain.

Damien Yeap said...

Actually there should only be two colours. Green for members/ residents of USJ 3/1 and 3/2.

And the orange one for 3/2A - J to ensure they'd not be inconvenieced when they're using Jln 3/1H. ( see latest Chairman Message )

When we were having extra ones ( orange ) printed, the printer vendor made the batch too light giving them a Yellow appearance instead.

Thus the orange and yellow ones are the same.

I am staying 3/2A

There were two drum barriers originally placed on the pedestrian walkway between 3/1H & 3/2A that was suppose to prevent irresponsible motocyclist misuse the walkway, it was just recently removed.

How can I request to put it back?

victor, chairman 3/2 said...

We will put the drums back.

Mr. Victor

Thank you, very much appreciated that.

Hope to get it back fast because getting more and more motorcylist aware the "path" is reopened, and it is very annoying when the bike's engin sound wake my baby up!
