Change of the Security Company

Dear residents,

In an effort to improve the current GnG system operation in our area, we recently conducted a performance appraisal and spoke to some of our residents. The feedback received was generally positive; however, there were some comments on the performance of the security guards is below our level of expectation. Despite speaking to the security company we do not see much improvement. As such the committee has decided to change the security company with effect from February 2010.

The new company is experienced and has assured us better service. Note that the rates for the new guards are higher; however we will not be increasing the monthly rate at the moment. We expect more residents to join in and existing members to pay up their monthly subscriptions to your street representatives immediately.

During the changeover, we do expect some teething problems and request all our residents to be patient and tolerate some inconveniences that may occur.

Closure of Gate A
Gate A at Jalan USJ 3/1 will be closed from midnight to 5:00am daily so that the guards can man other gates and carry out additional patrol in the night.

I am of the opinion that Gate C should be closed too from midnight to 6 am, if not closed completely! Do we need Gate C?

I think Gate A should be opened, as it is the main entrance/gate to USJ 3, ie the entrance from the main road.

I think we should let Gate A opened as it is the main entrance from the main road.

Closing Gate A is good but a better choice to close will be Gate C. Gate A & Gate B will then cater for all USJ 3/1 residents and limit the flow of unwanted visitors especially after midnight.
Can you look into closing Gate C permanently ?
