Firstly, i would like to comment u on yr community's effort to create a safer neighbourhood. Being a previous owner of USJ 3/1 house i was once a victim of a hse break-in i can identify wit yr efforts.
However, it is rather disturbing to see that the guards are treated rather unsatisfactory without a guardhse as they go about their duty under harsh weather may it be rain or shine.
Another issue to be noted would be the steel bars would be more effective in checking cars.
Hoping to see an improved USJ3 and kudos for yr efforts.
